We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:


Position CZWG-CH Winnipeg ACC Canada Chief
Description CZWG-CH
FIR chiefs are the local representatives of the AOC. They will be the "specialist" of a given FIR.
They are also "policemen", making sure the ATC standards are upheld. FIR chiefs report to the AOC and are responsible for:
- Enforcing the standards set forth in the SOPs, and all local procedures, monitoring all controllers within their FIR.
- Establishing LOAs in co-ordination with the AOC.
- Mentoring new controllers when requested by the Training staff.
- Echoing and enforcing real-world NOTAMs for their respective FIRs
- Assisting the AOC in setting the Facility ratings of the FIR
- Assisting the AOC in maintaining the airport database
- Assisting the AOC in maintaining the FIR sector file(s)


Position CZVR-CH Vancouver ACC Canada Chief
Description CZVR-CH
FIR chiefs are the local representatives of the AOC. They will be the "specialist" of a given FIR.

Position CZEG-CH Edmonton ACC Canada Chief
Description CZEG-CH
FIR chiefs are the local representatives of the AOC. They will be the "specialist" of a given FIR.
They are also "policemen", making sure the ATC standards are upheld. FIR chiefs report to the AOC and are responsible for:
- Enforcing the standards set forth in the SOPs, and all local procedures, monitoring all controllers within their FIR.

FIR chiefs holding a Supervisor rating must log on with it "active" at all times. Also add the annotation /CH to the real name when logging on. e.g. Daniel Gordeau/CH


Position CZYZ-CH Toronto ACC Canada Chief
Description CZYZ-CH
FIR chiefs are the local representatives of the AOC. They will be the "specialist" of a given FIR.
They are also "policemen", making sure the ATC standards are upheld. FIR chiefs report to the AOC and are responsible for:
- Enforcing the standards set forth in the SOPs, and all local procedures, monitoring all controllers within their FIR.

Position CA-SOC Special Operations Coordinator
Description Roles & Responsibilities:

The Special operations co-ordinator is responsible for fulfilling the role of AOC and FOC in all non-civil operations. Duties include:
- Setting guidelines for military operations and any fire fighting/rescue
operations
- Writing military-specific procedures for MTCAs and Military airports
- Setting the FRAs for the above airports
- Maintaining the military charts database of the division
- Creating/Validating a CA SO Tour
- Organising SO Events within the Division


Position CA-TAC Training Assistant Coordinator
Description The TAC is responsible for:
- Compiling training material for pilots and ATC using the standards set forth by the AOC/FOC.
- Conducting and marking exams.
- Organise regular training sessions.
